5. Duration of processing
Personal data is generally processed as long as the customer agreement for which we need the data is valid. We enter the data in the register as we receive it from the data subject and it is updated according to what the data subject informs the data controller. Form data sent from the Karila Navettagalleria website will be automatically deleted six (6) months after sending. We delete unnecessary personal data from our customer and marketing register every six (6) months. You can unsubscribe from our potential future email marketing list yourself via the unsubscribe link in each marketing email we send.

Right of inspection

You also have the right to demand that we restrict the processing of the disputed data until the matter is resolved.

9. Data transfer outside of EU
Whenever possible, we have chosen secure server centers located in Europe to store your data. Some of the above-mentioned service providers may back up data outside the EU/EEA to the United States. The data is backed up so that your data is safe even in situations where the main servers fail.
